Stop-and-Go and Walking Zig Zag

Zig-Zaging in Stop and Go Mode through the Crowded Streets of Microcentro in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Downtown Buenos Aires can get very busy at times, especially during the office hours. Then it becomes quite challenging to make your way through the maze of Microcentro; plenty of people blocking your way with no empty squares to pass through. It's like doing a hurdle race with human obstacles. In the evening, however, the very same area is turning into an abandoned, empty nothing.
What's downtown like in your city?

Looks like wall-to-wall people. I bet Buenos Aires is an exciting city!

This reminds me of many large cities during certain hours. We do not have this in Ocala for we have a very small, old downtown area.

Your photo is very dramatic!

It can be like this in downtown Boston and in many other cities. I think talking on cell phones and walking makes it worse. And yes, some parts of the downtown are deserted at night, but most of the downtown area is pretty lively, since Boston is a big college town.

ah, you have yellow cabs there, too!
Seems awfully busy.

Did you snap this photo above your head?

Busy city streets make me appreciate a walk in the woods.

Well captured!

An abandoned, empty nothing is a pretty good description of our downtown as well, when night falls. Parts of it, at least.
