Do you love cakes and pastry? If so, Buenos Aires might be heaven on earth for you. Cake and pastry stores are so numerous and varied in Buenos Aires that you will be dazzled for choice. The selection ranges from exclusive to regular and everything in between depending on the particular store and neighborhood. The same is true for the prices. The selection in the picture is a rather small one.
What is your favorite cake?

Mark is in Buenos Aries right now. He's enjoying himself but working hard.
Yummm. I might have to open that plastic container on the right...it looks like it contains cookies with dark chocolate drizzled over them. Am I right? Thanks for your interest in my blog. It's nice to find you.
I found your site through your having signed up as a follower on Julie's Scottsdale (Arizona) Daily Photo site. Like her, I love Buenos Aires. Part of the reason is that my son lives there, and we enjoy visiting him, his lovely Argentine girlfriend and her delightful family.
B.A. has such charming neighborhoods, Recoleta, Palermo, etc. We have seen the Palermo Open Polo Championships the last two years. We have also visited Mendoza, Villa la Angustura, the Perito Moreno glacier, Ushuaia, Iguazu, and my wife has been to the Salta area. You have a very diverse a beautiful country and I look forward to seeing more of it in your blog.
