Trenes de Buenos Aires or shortly TBA is a privately held railroad company. A lot has changed since its privatization in the mid 90's, not all to the better. There are a lot of delays and the track bed could be in a better condition. The train in the picture goes to Bartolomé Mitre, an important transfer station in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
