Buenos Aires is awash with rooftop bars and lounges. They are indicative of the city's vibrant nightlife scene. This rooftop in the creative Palermo Soho neighborhood is still asleep, the chairs are stacked. But wait for the night to fall, then the entire rooftop turns into one of these fancy outdoor lounges.
