You are overlooking Buenos Aires or the White City, as I call it. From atop the roofs you get the impression that the city has been covered with white powder. Wherever you turn, from afar the whole city seems white-washed and pristine. The barrios you are looking at are Monserrat and San Telmo. Almost every building, every structure, every surface, even the sidewalks appear white.

Fascinating view of your city from a different angle. I think I told you before that I got my first taste of Buenos Aires from W. E. B. Griffin's novels...
Now you're whetting my appetite for a more direct acquaintance.
Beautiful view !! City is beautiful !!Unseen Rajasthan
Buenos Aires looks so different from the air than from street level, but I guess that's how it is with all cities. From this angle it looks tall, compact, impersonal, and very clean.
Must be a big job trying to keep it white.
first time visit your blog , but certainly not the last.
I love it! I just feel like woking in Buenos Aires...
I'll be back.
Beautiful view. I remember leaving Buenos Aires by plane and seeing the city from above as far as the eye can see. I don't think I ever seen such a huge urban spread.
Amazing that it has managed to stay white.
i love seeing buenos aires through your eyes... another great city shot by you... :)
I love the color of the buildings.
This is a good looking city. Sadly I cannot help but say these people are lucky to live here. Right now some people are drenched in water.
